INSTITUTE
I completed the Summer Business Institute (SBI) program to earn a business minor. I also served as a marketing intern for the SBI team for 2 years. In this role, I designed digital content and created social media outreach elements to promote the program to undergraduate students. I also worked with the team to promote and differentiate a new program called the Summer Business Academy (SBA).

Design Process
1. EXPLORE
Research, observe, understand, and create a point of view. SBI was hosting an alumni event and distributing pad-folio cards to the newest group of alumni. Based on research and my own experience with the program, I learned this group values convenience, aesthetic designs, and informational graphics.
2. DEFINE
Define the challenge and explore it in the human context.
This challenge was to create an informational card that contained ways SBI students could leverage their business minors and register for Bloomberg Terminal training. This is a substantial amount of information had to be placed on a 5" x 5" card.
3. BRAINSTORM
Brainstorm ideas, good and bad.
I created multiple versions of the card, playing with different ways to present information while maintaining the important points and program aesthetic. I created 3 versions of the front of the card and 3 for the back, as shown below.

4. Prototype
Test and create new ideas.
After reviewing my brainstorming ideas, I created a prototype for the final card design, as shown below. I tested this design by distributing the prototype to fellow interns and collecting feedback about readability, design elements, etc.

5. Test
Conduct tests to reveal insights about the original challenge.
The cards were printed in multiple formats to best fit their card holders, and tested by various SBI alumni.
